Once order is delivered, Happy Sweet Design LLC is not held responsible for, and refunds will not be given for any balloons that are popped, deflated, stolen, lost, or let go of.

If someone from Happy Sweet Design Balloons team pops your balloon, it will be replaced right away or refund will be issued if we are unable to get a replacement made in time.
